House rules

Quiet Hours: From 10 pm to 9 am

Minimum age 25 years

We do not provide mailbox keys, and we are not responsible for any package that arrives after the stay.

Check in:

• If you plan to arrive after 7pm, please consult us at least 48 hours before your arrival.

• If you want to check in after 9pm, a fee of €30 will be charged. If Check in is after midnight until 8 am, a fee of €50 will be charged. (Exception for flight delays).

• One hour before your arrival, you will always have to contact us so that we can be there at the expected time of your arrival, if you are late please let us know as we will have other check ins that may be dependent on yours.

• If you want an early check-in, it will ALWAYS be subject to consultation.

It will also be requested in accordance with Portuguese law and in order to present to the Portuguese authorities, the following data of all guests who will stay in the apartment:
• - First and Last Name (Full Name)
• - Date of birth
• - Birthplace
• - Nationality
• - Address
• - Passport number
• - Passport issuing country

Check-out:

• Take out all your household rubbish before checking out.

• Leave the accommodation in good hygiene and health conditions.

The price displayed per night is the base price. Weekends, peak seasons, cleaning service, addons, etc. will increase this value.

In case of cancelation you will not be refund on 1st payment, but you will receive a voucher that you can use in the next 12 months.
