House rules

You will be asked to provide us with your identification documents, and that information will be private.
When you make a reservation on a registered site for local accommodation, such as Airbnb, booking, among others, we as your host must report your presence data, at the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF), within 3 working days. after your arrival.
To make Check-in easier and faster, please have the necessary documents with you at Check-in time to verify.
Some guests have some difficulty understanding this procedure, and it can sometimes be a little difficult for us to explain why we have to collect your personal information. We are aware of this and so we will try to make it as smooth as possible.
Check - in from 4 pm to 8 pm, after that time a fee of 5 € / hour will be charged and check - in will be made subject to availability.
